Nomination Process

Phase 1: Nomination and Submission of Entries

  • Nominations must be submitted either
  • A) Submit nomination form here
  • B) Or On a DVD or store on a Pen Drive and courier to:
    Rtn. Prasannakumari. D-304. Mantri Elite.
    Bannerghatta Road. Bangalore 560976.

  • Please write the title of the Awards: Gurudakshine
  • A) Name of the teacher
  • B) Category of Award
  • C) Name of the school
  • D) Contact number of teacher
    E-Mail id of teacher on the CD /DVD / Pen drive
  • Organisers will not be responsible for lost entries.
    Incomplete entries will be automatically disqualified.

Phase 2 – Shortlisting and Panel Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be intimated and will be required to attend a panel interview at Bengaluru
